Problem

A fitness marketplace needed to streamline and speed up partner onboarding. Fitness trainers had to complete a form and upload a photo, which was used to create their sales page. This process, managed by the operations team, involved gathering data, writing sales copy, and manually creating each website. It was time-consuming and prone to high dropout rates at the form-filling stage. Trainers found it difficult to describe their services effectively, requiring the operations team to transform their input into compelling sales copy.

Challenges

Fitness trainers in India faced difficulties providing even the basic information in English. The business aimed to launch the product in three weeks with minimal coding, gather feedback from trainers, and iterate the flow quickly.

Solution

The information collection process was transformed into multiple-choice questions, allowing trainers to simply tap on choices. The form data was sent to an LLM, which generated website content, including the hero section, about the coach, and sales copy. Image generation models adjusted the uploaded photos to the correct dimensions. This automated process produced entire websites and sales pages in minutes, creating a memorable experience for trainers, reducing dropout rates by 70%, and eliminating the need for the operations team in the workflow.

Problem

A financial research and analytics firm produced over 2,000 reports annually, each spanning 10-30 pages. Customers, including institutional investors, found it challenging to regularly consume this content and determine its relevance. Consequently, the sales team often had to call customers to brief them on the latest reports as an additional service. The goal was to make these reports easily consumable for busy subscribers by building a tool that could accurately summarize large financial reports and research papers into concise audio files, without losing key data points.

Challenges

The reports contained complex tables and critical financial data, requiring accurate summaries that LLMs alone could not achieve without robust verification agents. Analysts had to define detailed boundaries for summarizing large documents, ensuring key data points were extracted and presented hierarchically. The audio summaries needed to be engaging, concise, and in a tone that would keep listeners interested.

Solution

We developed multiple AI agents that interacted to classify reports, determine the summary format, and verify summaries against predefined benchmarks. These agents created crisp summaries that were then converted into engaging audio files using text-to-speech models. The summaries were designed to captivate listeners from start to finish, with lengths optimized for maximum consumption efficiency. Additionally, a detailed business intelligence dashboard provided insights into audio clip consumption, enabling the sales team to identify and upsell to customers interested in specific types of reports.

Challenges

The world of credit scoring is riddled with the strangest of intricacies that can easily trip up anyone who isn’t deeply invested in understanding the ecosystem. With the goal to design a system that enabled individuals to pay for frequent every day transactions reliably and evaluated an individual’s ability to pay without personally identifiable information.

Solution

It started with designing a reliable storage layer capable of processing and storing a huge volume of transactions consistently. The custom ledger and supporting data stores enabled keeping track of millions of inflight web and e-commerce interactions that served as valuable data points for the underwriting. A dedicated event store provided the ability to store data points around these web and e-commerce interactions in time series fashion. All of this data without PII provided adequate insights into the online buying patterns of customers. With the foundational systems in place it was possible to access the information needed to make decisions. Most peoples go through their standard cycles of buying groceries, food, clothes, booking cabs and and paying for utilities in usually predictable manner. Having a regular merchant to buy groceries from, favourite restaurants, or paying the bills at the start of the month. This usually works as a good source of leading data points to identify the eligibility of an individual towards a purchase. The location, average daily, weekly and monthly spends aggregated over time provided for a decent insight into an individual’s capacity to spend. The hard bit was organising these data points to generate a reliable model. Simple data pipelines which crunched large volumes of data and funnelled them into models, maintainable by small teams proved effective. The cold start problem of having no information about potential customers was addressed with a Bayesian approach by dedicating a portion of the funds to customer acquisition which was used to take small bets on customers over a short windows to transact on trusted merchants to build guiding data.
